If you have not already completed a pre-qualification form, you may do so with the form to the left. While this step is not required, it is highly encouraged. Our rental requirements are firm and the application fee is nonrefundable. 

Booking a viewing appointment is the first required step of our application process. Our viewing appointments are open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. We do not offer virtual viewing appointments. To book a viewing appointment you can call or text us at (850) 575-8000 or email us and we will get it scheduled for you at your earliest convenience. If you are unable to complete a viewing appointment, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants who have completed both their viewing appointment and a pre-qualification form will be given priority in order of when these steps were completed. When you are ready to proceed with the application process, let us know and we will send you an application. Once we have sent an application for a property, we are able to hold it for two weeks. The application fee is $100/adult and covers your background check, rental history, and references. 

If your official application is approved we will get in contact with you and schedule a lease signing appointment.
