Application Process

How does our application process work?

Our application process consists of several steps detailed on this page. We require a viewing appointment, preliminary application, and official application. We require that tenants make 2-3 times the amount of rent and have no previous eviction history. We hope to hear from you soon!

Viewing Appointment

Booking a viewing appointment is the first required step of our application process. Our viewing appointments are open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. We do not offer virtual viewing appointments. To book a viewing appointment you can call, text, or email us and we will get it scheduled for you at your earliest convenience.

Preliminary Application

After your viewing appointment is completed you can give us a call and let us know you're interested in a preliminary application. Our preliminary application is completed over the phone, only taking around five minutes. The preliminary covers basic information such as employment status, your current living situation, and how many people you'll be living with. This is the perfect time to let us know any questions or concerns you have before proceeding with the process.

Official Application

If your preliminary application is approved it's time to move on to the official application! Once the preliminary application has been processed we get back to you with the status and then email you our official application. Our official application fee is $100 per adult. This application covers background check, personal references, past landlord references, and employment history.

Lease Signing

If your official application is approved we will get in contact with you and schedule a lease signing appointment.
