Application Process
Our rental requirements are simple and straightforward. Applicants must demonstrate a monthly income of two to three times the rent and have no prior eviction history. We do not conduct credit checks. To get started, please complete the pre-qualification form below so we can learn more about you and help match you with the right home.

Get Pre-Approved
If you have not already completed a pre-qualification form, you may do so with the form to the left. While this step is not required, it is highly encouraged. Our rental requirements are firm and the application fee is nonrefundable.

Viewing Appointment
Booking a viewing appointment is the first required step in our application process. In-person viewings are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; virtual appointments are not offered. To schedule a viewing, call or text us at (850) 575-8000 or email our team, and we will arrange an appointment at your earliest convenience. If you are unable to attend a viewing during these hours, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Official Application
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to applicants who have completed both a viewing appointment and a pre-qualification form, in the order those steps are completed. When you are ready to move forward, simply let us know and we will send you an application. Once an application has been issued for a property, we are able to hold it for up to two weeks. The application fee is $100 per adult and covers background screening, rental history verification, and reference checks.

Lease Signing
If your application is approved, our team will contact you to schedule a lease signing appointment and guide you through the next steps.
